SECULAR MEDICINE IN AMERICA HAS COME TO IGNORE THE HUMANITY, KINDNESS,
RELIGIOUS, AND FAMILY ASPECTS AND VALUES IN MEDICINE TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE
PATIENT AND THE PHYSICIAN AND SOCIETY.
AMERICA HAS ALWAYS BEEN A HUMANITARIAN, KIND, GENEROUS, RELIGIOUS,
FAMILY-ORIENTED, AND OPTIMISTIC NATION.
AND THIS HAS MADE AMERICA THE GREATEST NATION ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH.
AMERICAN MEDICINE, IN EMPHASIS ON SCIENTIFIC MEDICINE, HAS DOWNPLAYED THE
HUMANITARIAN, SPIRITUAL, RELIGIOUS, AND EMPATHETIC ASPECTS OF HEALING. WE STAND
FOR THE EMPHASIS OF HUMANITARIAN, RELIGIOUS, AND FAMILY VALUES IN MEDICINE
IN AMERICA IN ADDITION TO SCIENTIFIC EXCELLENCE.

WITHIN THE FIELD OF GERIATRICS MEDICAL PRACTICE.
WE PARTICULARLY EMPHASIZE PHYSICIANS OF ETHICAL AND HUMANITARIAN EXCELLENCE,
WE ENCOURAGE THE INCLUSION OF THOSE QUALITIES IN
THE EVERYDAY PRACTICE OF MEDICINE.
IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT KINDNESS, HUMANITARIANISM,LOVE OF MANKIND, LOVE OF GOD,
ETHICS, RELIGIOUS VALUES, AND FAMILY VALUES MUST BE EMPHASIZED IN MEDICINE
